Happymon Jacob
Happymon Jacob is an Associate Professor of Diplomacy and Disarmament Studies at the Jawaharlal Nehru University. He is a frequent Op-Ed Contributor to The Hindu, India’s leading English language daily. Jacob is also a member of the international Governing Council of the Nobel Peace Prizewinning Pugwash Conferences of Science and World Affairs.
